Using Zoho Workflows to automate sending LogixOne Chats

LogixOne chat when combined with the power of zoho CRM workflow automation tools can supercharge your CRM environment to automatically send messages by your connected channels.  You can instruct the CRM to automatically send an SMS as an example to a new lead or send an WhatsApp when a new event is created or an invoice has been sent meaning that customer communications can be automated to the point that your employees do not need to remember to send messages.

In the following example will show you a very simple way that you can use Zoho automation to send an SMS when a new lead is created.
