LogixOne 'List Price' updater for Zoho CRM How to use.

About LogixOne Price Books Updater

LogixOne Price updater adds additional functionality to Zoho CRM 'Price Books'  Zoho Price Books allows you to create different price books and you can select these price books on line item by line item basis within a zCRM quote, Sales order or invoice.  The issue is that you need to remember which price book to use and you need to select the relative price book for each item leading to mistakes and inefficiency when quoting.

With LogixOne Price Books updater you are able to Select from within each of your zCRM Account the price book that you want to use.  You can do this on an Account by Account basis.  Then when you create either a quote, sales order or invoice for each account you can by the click of a button update all of the items pricing to match the correct price book.

Doing so means that your quotes, sales orders and invoices become more accurate and you can ensure that your sales team is always using the correct prices.
