LogixOne HR Android App won't update location
Application errors can occur when running any application. To check that you phone is configured correctly:
- Confirm that the LogixOne HR app "Location" access is configured to "Always Allow" in your android settings, see here for Android instructions. https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6179507?hl=en
- If the above does not fix the problem please reboot your device.
- Ensure your device is running the latest firmware.
