LogixOne HR Android App won't update location

 Application errors can occur when running any application.  To check that you phone is configured correctly:

Steps to Check Phone is configured properly

  1. Confirm that the LogixOne HR app "Location" access is configured to  "Always Allow" in your android settings, see here for Android instructions.  https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6179507?hl=en
  2. If the above does not fix the problem please reboot your device.
  3. Ensure your device is running the latest firmware.
