LogixOne EasyQuote How To

LogixOne EasyQuote for Zoho CRM simplifies the process of sending quotes from the native Zoho CRM module. With just a click, you can:

  • Create a custom URL to send to your customer
  • Allow customers to review, accept, comment, sign, and download the quote online
  • Automatically mark the Zoho CRM quote as 'Confirmed' with the customer's signature and comments saved within the quote record
The following is a guide on how to use LogixOne Easy Quote for Zoho CRM.

Step 1 - Create your everyday Zoho CRM Quote

Then click the 'Create EasyQuote Button


Step 2 - Send the create URL to your Customer

You can email, sms, WhatsApp send that URL to the customer.


Step 3 - Customer reviews and accepts quote

Your customer can then review the quote in any browser, they can make comments on the quote and then when ready sign and accept the quote, they can also download a copy into pdf format.



Step 4 - Your quote is then marked 'Confirmed' within Zoho CRM.

Your quote within Zoho CRM is then marked as 'Confirmed' within Zoho CRM  and shows Customer Signature, signer name and any comments added to the quote.
