How to Install LogixOne Chat for Zoho CRM

🚀 How to Install LogixOne Chat for Zoho CRM

Step 1: Log in to Zoho CRM

  • Go to
    Zoho CRM
    and log in as an Administrator.


Step 2: Open Zoho Marketplace

  • Click the Setup (⚙️) icon → Under Marketplace, choose All.

  • Or visit
    Zoho Marketplace
    directly.


Step 3: Search for LogixOne Chat

  • In the search bar, type LogixOne Chat.

  • Click on the extension.


Step 4: Install the Extension

  • Click Install.

  • Confirm the Installation by clicking on the check boxes provided.

  • Click Install

  • A

  • Agree to the Terms of Service

  • Click Continue to Install

  • Choose install for All Users or Specific Profiles.

  • Click Confirm installation.


Step 5: Authorize LogixOne Chat

  • After install, Return to the newly created LogixOne Chat module.


  • you’ll be prompted to Connect  

  • A new browser Tab will open with the next step is to click Authorize 

  • If you need to; select the appropriate CRM Organization and then click Accept

    You shall receive confirmation that LogixOne Chat is install is now complete, you can close this two tabs and return to the newly installed LogixOne Chat module within your CRM.

  • Refresh the LogixOne Chat module page within your browser.
