How to install and use LogixOne Validator for Zoho CRM

LogixOne Validator is not only easy to install its easy to use.

How to Use.

Validating multiple Zoho CRM Leads or Contact records.

1. Navigate to either the Zoho CRM 'Leads' or 'Contacts' Module and click the 'LogixOne Validator button

2. Select the record 'View' your would like to Validate

3. Select options such as ' ' and 'Exclude Invalid Contacts' and click 'Begin Validation'

4. Wait for LogixOne Validator to finish the validation process


5. Select the 'Invalid' tab and then 'Check' all of the Invalid emails.


6. After records are selected scroll to the bottom and click 'Mark as Invalid'

7. Click 'Yes Set to Invalid'

8. Zoho CRM records are now set to 'Invalid'

Validating individual Zoho CRM Leads or Contact records.

1. Create or Edit a Lead or Contact record
2. Enter or edit the email address
3. Save the record
4. Validation runs
5. Results are show in the 'Invalid Email' and 'Invalid Email Reason' fields.
