How to delete an Individual Zoho CRM account

Often your users can't login to Zoho CRM because they have created their own personal zCRM account so they need to delete that personal account before they can join the company CRM account.  Use these steps top do os:

1. Click Settings > Setup > General > Company Details.
2. At the bottom of the Company Details page, you will see the Delete CRM account link. Click the link to close the CRM account.
3. You will see a dialog box with a message asking you if you want to go ahead and delete the CRM account. 
4. Click Delete to close your Zoho CRM account.

Once the user has deleted their personal zCRM account, send them an invite from the company zCRM account.
