Getting Started with LogixOne

Introduction

LogixOne is a very broad and detailed platform, it can encompass almost all areas of your business and can be configured and adapted to meet the various business functions and workflows that you may require to achieve total 'digital transformation.

This knowledge base article will help you 'get started'.  It will cover how to work you're way around the back-end platform and the various connecting applications.  Of course, we are always here to help guide and assist you so please do log a support ticket should you have any questions.

LogixOne CRM

This is what we call the 'backend', its where the majority of your admin, sales, finance and operations team interact with the system.  To login to LogixOne enter the following details within your browser, we recommend Google Chrome:

How to Login to LogixOne CRM

URL Bar: crm.logix1.com
Your access Email
Your Access Password
Click 'Sign In'


Once you enter the system you shall be presented with the 'Home' screen.  From here you can see dashboarding and analytical information about all factors of your business operations.


LogixOne CRM App

The LogixOne CRM app enables you to access the majority of CRM and HR features on either an Android or iOS device.
    

Download the App
You can download and install the LogixOne CRM Developer App from the following URL's:

Login to the App
1. Open the app on your device and click 'Sign In'
2. Under Domain Name enter       Logix1
3. Click the > or click enter
4. Enter your LogixOne Username and Password
5. The app will download your data.
6. Configure privacy settings

LogixOne Operator

About LogixOne Operator

LogixOne Operator extends the field service capabilities of LogixOne to your Field Service team.  LogixOne Operator allows you to schedule your remote field team jobs from LogixOne CRM and send these to the LogixOne Operator field service Android and iOS application.

Downloading and installing the LogixOne Operator application

You can install either and Android or iOS version of LogixOne Operator from the following URL's

Logging into the Operator App

The LogixOne Operator app is designed to be utilized by your field service operators.  

Please note!! For your field service operators to log in to the app you must first create them as an operator within LogixOne CRM using the 'Operators' module!

  
Login Details
Company ID -  Your LogixOne Company ID
Email - Operator email as created within the Operator record
Password - Password as detailed within Operator record.

LogixOne HR

About LogixOne HR

LogixOne HR is an all-in-one HR/employee management system.  It can combine facets of employee management into not only the single HR solution but into your LogixOne business management solution.

LogixOne HR has a number of components:
  1. HR Manager - contains all of the HR Management functionality required to manage employees
  2. Employee Access Portal (EAP) - Allows individual employees to log in and manage their own employee data, get shifts, log attendance, create leave requests, complete reviews, etc.
  3. Employee Access Application (EAA) - Provides similar functionality to EAP but in either an Android or iOS application.

Accessing LogixOne HR

HR Manager

The HR Manager is where your HR team can manage your employees and exists within LogixOne CRM.

LogixOne HR Manager can be accessed by Logging into LogixOne CRM using the following details:
URL Bar: crm.logix1.com
Your access Email
Your Access Password
Click 'Sign In'

LogixOne HR EAA (Employee Access Application)

Your employees have basically 2 ways to access employee data, either from a standard web-browser or either an Android or iOS application that can be downloaded from either the Google Play or Apple App Store.

URL Bar: HRportal.logixone.cloud/yourcompanyID
Your employee access Email
Your employee Access Password
Click 'Sign In'


Accessing LogixOne HR from either Android or iOS

You can install either and Android or iOS version of LogixOne HR from the following URL's

Login Details
Company ID -  Your LogixOne Company ID
Email - Employee email as created within LogixOne HR employee record
Password - Password as created by the employee
