In this arctile, we shall discuss in depth how LogixOne Operator:
Creates Jobs (either one-time or reoccurring)
Assigns those jobs to an Operator
The Operator completes the job
Brief explanation of process flow
The Job /Sales Order (Native zCRM Sales Order Module) contains the Job information, eg what's to be done , who the customer is, who the Operator is and when its to happen (eg date and time) Its like a 'Job Card'
Once all the 'Job information is added' the Admin clicks the 'Create Operate Events' button. This creates either a 'One-time' or Reoccurring (multiple events for the same job) Job event and these are sent to the LogixOne Calendar and operator APP.
When the Operator completes the Job, any of that completed 'Job' information is saved to the corresponding CRM Invoice.
